Thanks for your facts on how this will impact NH... I was buried by the avalanche of bad news and overlooked the fact that unless NH joins in the suit it will not be able to collect the funds should they be unfrozen--- is that a correct assumption on my part
I called Formella and Ayotte... these funds for NIH were mandated by congress and cannot be blocked by the POTUS... this isn't a political issue... it's a Constitutional one...
Don't know chances but it is a plain dollars and cents issue and we should make the point that politics is hurting NH taxpayers.
