The two cases overlap and should have been consolidated in to one trial and one appeal. I hesitate to speak for the ConVal lawyers.

Very helpful for understanding the ideology behind this nonsensical move.

Next step might be researching the sources of donations to these politicians bankaccounts.

Thanks for this!

Thank you Andru! You answered a few questions that I had about this. I do have more, may ask you short answer questions. This needs to be made clear to people in our town of Loudon before we vote. We have Howard, Jose & Alvin’s name on this brief. Granted many people in town grumble about the school portion of property tax. What a lot don’t grasp because we have a handful of loud mouth free staters, that are extreme maga’s that do everything they can to make as much noise as they can, repeat the same lies over & over (sound familiar like anyone running for president) that drown out the truth of what’s really taking place. I hope to do my part in sharing how disastrous this would be for our town.

Thanks again for what you do!

Thanks for your work Andru. Could you speculate as to why the ConVal Lawyers would want to keep their parties and witnesses from being called as witnesses in the Rand case? To my mind, these two cases are complimentary.
