Valid argument that not all are the same. I would expect resistance on any bill of this nature due to current bail reforms of past years that has had some very negative results that has gained a lot of attention. I think one system needs to be fixed & shown as working before taking on one that involves a more serious crime in the minds of many.
I understand that in some European countries the term of 25 years for murder at which time there’s a hearing to determine if the offender can be released. I would like NH to consider a sentencing process similar to this.

I’d like the state to do something radical like some countries where a murderer gets 25 years and then a hearing is held to consider a release.
I bet there is a system that would ensure acceptable punishment, assure public safety and reduce costs to the tax payer.
